Watching my father build businesses under extreme adversity taught me resilience. But watching those businesses struggle to scale beyond his personal presence taught me my life's purpose.
Today, my mission is twofold: to help family business founders build governance systems that preserve their entrepreneurial spirit, and to equip internal auditors with practical tools to become trusted legacy partners.
